up. Here is how the process works:
- 1. The MSL.
- Contact us. Describe the kind of website you want. Tell us everything you think we should know about how you want
this website to look, and we will develop a Master Site List. Contact us directly, or use our online web design
questionnaire.
- Within a day or two, we will send you a Master Site List (MSL), which will be used to help you determine
your site layout and number of pages.
- 2. The estimate.
- Once the MSL is finalized and you decide to move forward with the site, we will provide an estimate of the
total costs, and will begin the billing process based on our mutually signed contract for services.
You will need to organize any photos, logos, text content, etc., that you want included in the site. Stock
photo research and the purchase of stock photography is always included in the price, never an extra
charge. Once we start putting the pieces together, it usually gets done in about 7 days.
- 3. The mock-up and getting it done.
- Then we will email a link to view the mock up (some examples below).
We work with you to fine tune the mock up, getting the color scheme right, the layout perfect, the number
of pages, the use of stock photos...we don't stop until the front page looks like your future website.
- 4. Completing the site.
- To complete the process, we will perform an SEO analysis of the keywords your site should have for
organic searches, and will submit your site to the databases of Google, MSN, Ask and Yahoo! We will also
make sure you are listed or made aware of free local business directories your site should be made a part
of.
